Co-Founder of Caldwell Energy. Drives commercial strategy, deal origination, and stakeholder engagement across the platform.

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for day-to-day leadership of Caldwell Energy Holdings, platform execution, and stakeholder management across Nigeria and the UAE.

Chief Financial Officer

Oversees fund finance, LP reporting, treasury, and the capital structure of each field SPV.

Chief Operating Officer

Leads Nigerian field operations, EPC management, HSSE compliance, and operational delivery across the Caldwell asset base.

9C - Technical Committee

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee is a sub-committee of the Caldwell Energy Holdings Board. It evaluates the subsurface, engineering, and operational merit of every investment opportunity before escalation to the Investment Committee.

TC Chair

Senior reservoir engineer or subsurface geoscientist. Provides final TC sign-off on all field evaluations.

Reservoir Engineer

Specialist in Nigerian marginal field reservoir characterisation and production modelling.

Geoscientist

Geoscientist / Geologist

Responsible for subsurface mapping, seismic interpretation, and resource estimation.

Petroleum Engineer

Leads well design, completion strategy, and production optimisation across the asset base.

EPC / Projects Lead

Projects & EPC Lead

Oversees engineering, procurement, and construction management for field development programmes.

HSSE Lead

HSSE Manager

Responsible for health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across all Caldwell operations.

Investment Committee

The Investment Committee operates independently under Caldwell Energy GP Ltd. It issues the Final Investment Decision (FID) on each asset before SPV formation and capital deployment. IC members are independent of management.

Senior investment professional with upstream private equity or DFI background. Provides independent FID authority.

IC Member - Finance

IC Member

Specialist in structured finance, project finance, or energy credit. Evaluates capital structure and debt terms.

IC Member - Energy Markets

IC Member

Oil markets specialist. Evaluates commodity price assumptions, offtake strategy, and trader FSA terms.

IC Member - Legal

IC Member

Senior energy lawyer. Reviews licence, RSA, and transaction legal risk on each deal.

IC Member - ESG / DFI

ESG and development finance specialist. Evaluates social, environmental, and community impact of each asset.

Nigeria Operations Team

Caldwell Energy's in-country team drives deal origination, regulatory engagement, host community relations, and day-to-day field management across Nigeria.

Country Manager - Nigeria

Country Manager, Nigeria

Senior in-country leader. Manages government and DPR/NUPRC relationships, local partner engagement, and operational delivery.

Head of Business Development

Leads proprietary deal sourcing, field opportunity screening, and commercial negotiations with licence holders.

Legal & Regulatory Counsel

Manages Nigerian regulatory filings, licence applications, community development agreements, and in-country legal matters.

Finance & Reporting Manager

Oversees SPV-level bookkeeping, Nigerian statutory accounts, and LP reporting inputs.

Community Relations Lead

Manages host community engagement, community development obligations, and stakeholder relations across field areas.

Field Superintendent

On-site operational lead responsible for production continuity, contractor management, and daily field reporting.
