Caldwell Energy does not wait for auctions. We build proprietary access to marginal field opportunities through sustained operational presence, government relationships, and technical credibility built over years in-market.

Operator Model

Active operator, not
passive licence holder.

Caldwell Energy operates its assets directly. We are not a passive licence holder. Our Phase I focus is Nigeria - the acquisition and development of 3–5 marginal fields under the Petroleum Industry Act framework.

Phase II expands the portfolio to 15–25 fields and adds shallow offshore entry. Phase III takes the platform pan-African - Ghana, Angola, Gabon, Côte d'Ivoire, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Senegal, and Tanzania.
