Building Africa's next major independent.
An institutional platform
for African upstream.
Africa's marginal fields represent one of the largest concentrations of underdeveloped hydrocarbon resources globally. The capital gap is persistent - IOCs have divested at scale, banks have retreated, and a new generation of regulatory tailwinds, anchored by the Nigerian Petroleum Industry Act, has reset the operating environment.
Caldwell Energy was built around an operator-first thesis: capital follows technical credibility, not the other way around. We acquire, develop, and monetise upstream assets through dedicated, SPV-structured vehicles, aggregating production at the asset level and balance-sheet quality at the platform level.
The long arc is clear. Phase I builds production through Nigerian marginal fields. Phase II expands across the West African margin. Phase III delivers a pan-African independent positioned for an LSE, NGX or ADGM listing - institutional-grade, operator-led, African-anchored.
